Kristen Snyder Costa, P.A.-C, Physician Assistant

Kristen has been with Southeastern Plastic Surgery since it first opened over 20 years ago. She earned her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Florida and received her Bachelors in Nursing from Florida State University.

She specializes in facial sculpting, improvement of facial lines and wrinkles, lip enhancement through the use of neuromodulators and injectable fillers, and removal of fat under the chin with KYBELLA®.

Kristen has been selected as a Faculty Member at Allergan Medical Institute – a certified national trainer with Allergan for BOTOX®, injectable fillers, and KYBELLA based on her experience and appropriate use of the products. She has trained dermatologists, plastic surgeons, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and other healthcare providers through these educational interventions.

Her high patient volume has advanced Southeastern Plastic Surgery’s practice to the Diamond level with Allergan Partner Privileges, the only one in Tallahassee and the surrounding area. Kristen is also an internationally known speaker in the field of aesthetic injectables.

Kristen is the Treasurer for the Association of Plastic Surgery Physician Assistants. She is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and has served as the liaison between the ASPS and the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA). She currently holds a seat in the House of Delegates, representing all plastic surgery PAs within the AAPA. She has been honored as a Distinguished Fellow of the AAPA, a distinction earned by less than 2% of PAs. She was the past Secretary for the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants, and she is also a member of the Christian Medical and Dental Association. She is currently appointed as a Clinical Assistant Professor (Plastic Surgery) with FSU’s College of Medicine PA Program, where she precepts PA students.

Kristen is licensed in the State of Florida as a Physician Assistant as well as a Registered Nurse. Prior to becoming a PA, she worked as a nurse in the operating room at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital for four years and became the Neurosurgery Clinical Coordinator. She was the Organ Transplant Coordinator for Tallahassee and also has experience working with the Southeast Tissue Alliance and the North Florida Lions Eye Bank.

She currently serves as the Vice Chair of the City of Tallahassee’s Independent Ethics Board. In addition, she also serves on the Board at Young Actors Theatre and sings in the Lifeteen Band, a contemporary Christian band at Good Shepherd Catholic Church. Kristen is an active alumni member in her sorority, Alpha Chi Omega. She is a member of Leadership Tallahassee Class XX. And she was honored as Tallahassee’s 25 Women You Need to Know.

Jordan Waldorff Hill, PA-C

Jordan joined the Southeastern Plastic Surgery team in 2022. She brings over a decade of extensive experience in minimally invasive cosmetic procedures, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
As a dedicated and compassionate Plastic Surgery Physician Assistant, Jordan brings a unique blend of expertise, empathy, and precision to every patient interaction. With a profound commitment to patient well-being and aesthetic enhancement, Jordan plays a pivotal role in the journey towards self-confidence and transformation. 

Working closely with Dr. Kirbo, Dr. Rosenberg, and Dr. DeRosier, she assists in the operating room as well as directly caring for patients both in the pre- and post-operative period.

Jordan graduated from the University of Florida in 2012 with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies and headed straight for Manhattan. There she spent her time working simultaneously in plastic surgery and busy emergency departments, most notably serving as part of the inaugural team of Lenox Health Greenwich Village opening the first free-standing emergency room in the city.

It was during that time that she trained under prominent plastic and reconstructive surgeons honing her aesthetic eye and finding her true passion in non-detectable injectables. Driven by a genuine desire to empower patients and enhance their natural assets, Jordan prioritizes open communication to help develop personalized treatment plans with her patients.

After 8 years in New York, Jordan decided it was time to return to the Panhandle to be closer to family. She and her husband live in Liberty County and spend their free time keeping up with their 2-year-old daughter.

Annie Nelson, L.P.N., Licensed Skin Care Professional

Annie received a cosmetology degree in 1985 and then completed her nursing degree at Lively Technical Center in Tallahassee, FL, in 1992. She joined the Southeastern Plastic Surgery, P.A. team in Tallahassee, FL, in November 2003. Annie has more than 20 years in the field of cosmetology and has advanced training with the Obagi® Skin Care System and specialized training with PCA Skin® chemical peels. Her extensive experience allows her to tailor personalized skin care treatment programs to suit the needs of each patient in order to address concerns like early signs of aging, active acne and scarring, skin discoloration and pigmentation issues, and rosacea. Annie uses her advanced training to perform chemical peels, facials, microneedling, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and miraDry® within a custom-designed treatment regimen to help patients look and feel their best.

She is available for skin care consultations to evaluate and recommend treatment plans to fit the client’s needs as well as provide any needed additional care.

Kris Semple, Licensed Aesthetician

Kris joined the Southeastern Plastic Surgery team in 2024, bringing a rich background in esthetics and a diverse career history. Kris received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in criminology at Florida State University. She served as a victim advocate and consultant for the state of Florida until 2020 when she shifted her focus to esthetics. After attending the AVEDA Institute and since 2021, Kris has been a dedicated aesthetician. Outside of work, Kris is a part-time pre-nursing student at Florida State University. Her goal is to continue her education to pursue aesthetic nursing.  

Kris is skilled in facial services including, dermaplane, facial massage, and corrective skin care. She is excited to share her passion for advanced skin care treatments and the latest cosmetic techniques customized for each patient.

Her extensive training in facial services, product knowledge, waxing, and brow services offers a holistic approach and new spa facials while delivering transformative results-driven skin care.

A passionate animal lover, Kris cares for two horses, two dogs, and a cat, as well as fosters senior dogs with Big Dog Rescue. In her leisure time, Kris enjoys Olympic weightlifting and hot yoga.
