Kristen Snyder Costa, P.A.-C, Physician Assistant

Kristen has been with Southeastern Plastic Surgery since it first opened over 20 years ago. She earned her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Florida and received her Bachelors in Nursing from Florida State University.

She specializes in facial sculpting, improvement of facial lines and wrinkles, lip enhancement through the use of neuromodulators and injectable fillers, and removal of fat under the chin with KYBELLA®.

Kristen has been selected as a Faculty Member at Allergan Medical Institute – a certified national trainer with Allergan for BOTOX®, injectable fillers, and KYBELLA based on her experience and appropriate use of the products. She has trained dermatologists, plastic surgeons, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and other healthcare providers through these educational interventions.

Her high patient volume has advanced Southeastern Plastic Surgery’s practice to the Diamond level with Allergan Partner Privileges, the only one in Tallahassee and the surrounding area. Kristen is also an internationally known speaker in the field of aesthetic injectables.

Kristen is the Treasurer for the Association of Plastic Surgery Physician Assistants. She is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and has served as the liaison between the ASPS and the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA). She currently holds a seat in the House of Delegates, representing all plastic surgery PAs within the AAPA. She has been honored as a Distinguished Fellow of the AAPA, a distinction earned by less than 2% of PAs. She was the past Secretary for the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants, and she is also a member of the Christian Medical and Dental Association. She is currently appointed as a Clinical Assistant Professor (Plastic Surgery) with FSU’s College of Medicine PA Program, where she precepts PA students.

Kristen is licensed in the State of Florida as a Physician Assistant as well as a Registered Nurse. Prior to becoming a PA, she worked as a nurse in the operating room at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital for four years and became the Neurosurgery Clinical Coordinator. She was the Organ Transplant Coordinator for Tallahassee and also has experience working with the Southeast Tissue Alliance and the North Florida Lions Eye Bank.

She currently serves as the Vice Chair of the City of Tallahassee’s Independent Ethics Board. In addition, she also serves on the Board at Young Actors Theatre and sings in the Lifeteen Band, a contemporary Christian band at Good Shepherd Catholic Church. Kristen is an active alumni member in her sorority, Alpha Chi Omega. She is a member of Leadership Tallahassee Class XX. And she was honored as Tallahassee’s 25 Women You Need to Know.

Jordan Hill, PA-C

Jordan Hill PA-C, is a Plastic Surgery Physician Associate and practitioner of skin care and aesthetics with over a decade of extensive aesthetic experience specializing in minimally invasive cosmetic procedures, advanced facial rejuvenation, and deep laser skin resurfacing. Known for her mastery of “non-detectable” injectables, Jordan combines clinical precision with a refined aesthetic eye to deliver deeply personalized, natural-looking results.

With a passion for full-field skin transformation, Jordan specializes in deep laser resurfacing utilizing the Sciton Contour TRL™ platform. She expertly maneuvers this micron-precision technology to erase deep wrinkles, severe sun damage, and acne scars. Understanding that true transformation requires a multi-dimensional approach, Jordan frequently designs comprehensive treatment plans that seamlessly combine Sciton TRL resurfacing with other surgical or non-surgical facial procedures to achieve harmonized, high-impact youthfulness.

To ensure her patients always receive the safest and most innovative care, she regularly attends advanced aesthetic trainings, constantly updating her skills to master the industry’s latest, most cutting-edge injection techniques.

Jordan’s distinguished career began in Manhattan, where she spent eight years training under prominent New York City plastic and reconstructive surgeons. Simultaneously, she honed her high-stakes precision working in busy NYC emergency departments, notably serving on the inaugural team that opened Lenox Health Greenwich Village Emergency Room. This unique dual-background in trauma precision and high-end aesthetics allows her to navigate complex facial anatomy with unparalleled skill and safety.

At Southeastern Plastic Surgery, Jordan utilizes her master-level training in neuromodulators and dermal fillers to create customized treatment plans that empower her patients and enhance their natural assets. In addition to her thriving aesthetic practice, she utilizes her extensive surgical background to care for patients throughout their entire transformation, managing pre- and post-operative care and assisting directly in the operating room.

A native of the Panhandle, Jordan earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Florida in 2012. After her time in New York, she returned home to be closer to family. While helping patients feel their absolute best and advanced skin care are Jordan’s true passions, when she is outside the clinic she enjoys practicing Pilates, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.

Hannah Russell, RN

A Tallahassee native, Hannah attended Florida State University where she received her first undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology in 2015. After graduation, she went back to nursing school where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. Hannah began her career and spent several years working in the cardiac ICU before transitioning to perioperative nursing at Southeastern Outpatient Surgery Center. She trained and worked alongside Dr. Rosenberg and Dr. Kirbo in the operating and recovery rooms, assisting patients throughout the surgical process.

With a special interest in skincare and aesthetics, Hannah has brought her enthusiasm into the treatment room where she performs skin care consultations, facials, chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion and light-based laser treatments as an Aesthetic Nurse.

Outside of the spa, Hannah enjoys spending time with her husband and their two golden retrievers, Strawberry and Lemon.

Cayley Jones, Licensed Skin Care Specialist

Originally from Tampa, Florida, Cayley brings over three years of experience as a licensed medical aesthetician with a passion for helping patients feel confident in their skin through personalized, results-driven care. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Sciences at Auburn University before pursuing her Medical Esthetics license at the Beauty and Health Institute in 2022.

Cayley is experienced in a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments, including light-based laser therapies, microneedling, chemical peels, facials, acne treatments and customized skin care treatments. She believes healthy skin is not about achieving perfection, but about enhancing natural beauty, slowing the aging process, and creating treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique goals.
