This 39 year old patient had gained and lost weight through multiple pregnancies leaving her with many stretch marks and excess skin on her abdomen and postier hips and back. She elected to undergo an extended abdominoplasty to removed the excess skin and contour her abdomen and back giving her the desired appearance.
