48 year old female. She underwent mastectomy, and later regretted that she did not have immediate breast reconstruction. She underwent tissue expansion. Later she had a breast implant placed, a lift and an implant on the left side for symmetry. Her nipple was reconstructed, and she underwent areolar tattoo
