Case Details
She is a 65-year-old woman who has never been happy with her neck. As she aged, this dissatisfaction grew. She also felt as though she had developed jowls, loss of facial contour and excess eyelid skin with puffiness.
She underwent a facelift, a chin implant and eyelid surgery.
She is a challenging patient as her neck structure would prevent the creation of a strong jawline and a strong cervico-mental angle.
